I bet you do too!

So, I know what you're thinking - "I can't take a vacation, all my clients will leave!"

First of all, no they won't. Second, I would bet money that if you don't take a vacation, they'll leave.

Why am I so confident?

Because you're a much shittier coach than you think you are when you don't take time for yourself, push into burnout, stress yourself out endlessly and ignore your own mental health and needs.

Furthermore, if you're the type of coach you think you are... you know, one that helps people become the best versions of themselves? You better be teaching your clients to prioritize they own needs, to set boundaries and to practice self care.

What better way to show your clients how to do that, than by doing it yourself?

Not to mention, when you come back, you'll be full of energy, highly motivated and present. That last part, I cannot stress enough. When you're taking care of yourself, you're able to be present in a much larger capacity rather than just going through the motions.

So, do what I did - take a vacation. Disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself and your loved ones. Experience the world.

Your clients will thank you and respect you a whole lot more for not being a complete and utter hypocrite.
