You should NOT be generating your own leads: Free Zoom Webinar Announcement

One thing constantly strikes me as ass-backwards when I see the narrative business coaches perpetuate online…

All I see are ways to make sales, run ads, high-ticket coaching, scholarship offers…

It has me asking myself:

  • Why do they need to be constantly using these (disingenuous) customer acquisition tactics?

  • How many clients do they really want/ need?

  • Is money really the driver of success?

Well, I’ve been privy to a secret, and you may know where I’m going with this, but keep reading because I promise you it’ll be worth it.

The truth is they suck at coaching.

Yes, I said it and I stand by my words → These business coaches sucked as coaches, so they started mentoring. 

I’ll give credit where credit is due because they can absolutely sell, but what they cannot do is serve.

  1. If you’re always focused on acquiring, you’re probably losing clients and can’t keep them longer than the minimum length of the contract term.

  2. If you’re driving up your roster numbers, you simply cannot provide a high level of service… which is why #1 happens.

  3. Your poor service quality means people never give you referrals.

  4. No referrals means you always need to do your own lead generation, which costs time and money, which leads to #2 and then back to #1.

It’s a cycle!

I help coaches break that cycle, and I’ve done it with over 100 business owners to date.

Creating the business of your dreams does not require you to be a salesman, an influencer or worse, a charlatan.  It requires you to be a good coach and provide a very high level of service.

I recently took 2 months largely off social media and guess what?  I lost zero clients, added 3 new ones (all referrals) and signed 2 new mentees (both referrals).

I largely operate a referral-based business, and I do so at a high rate because of one thing - service.

Service is the cornerstone of MAP and CCU.  It’s helped me personally (not all of our coaches combined, like other folks who inflate income numbers) generate multiple $50k months in gross revenue.  

  • We don’t run ads.

  • I have less than 10k followers.

  • I just live to serve my people.
