A real coach doesn't have all the answers!

BUT they're on a constant path to find them.

You're only as effective as your toolbox and in my humble (k, maybe not so humble) opinion, the best thing you can do for yourself as a coach is to surround yourself with individuals who are also walking that same path and learn from them to build that toolbox.

Now, I don't want that to be confused as putting yourself in echo chambers, which happens a lot. I'm speaking about literally the opposite - seeking to have your opinions challenged and your viewpoints questioned in a community of people who want the same thing as you.
